1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MosTech FunIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

MosTech FunIQ is a mobile application developed by MosTech Zone offering interactive quizzes, general knowledge questions, multiple progression levels, and light-hearted entertainment content (including jokes and brainteasers). The App is intended for personal knowledge enhancement and entertainment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphic designs, logos, quiz compilations, and original text created by MosTech Zone are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Users may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or republish application assets without express written consent from MosTech Zone.

4. Content and Entertainment Disclaimer

While we make continuous efforts to maintain high quality and accuracy across all trivia questions and answer keys, quiz content is provided for general entertainment and informational purposes only. MosTech Zone does not warrant that all questions or historical details are completely free of typographical or factual errors.

5. In-App Features, Coins & Purchases

Future or current versions of MosTech FunIQ may provide optional in-app purchases, hint credits, or subscription options via Google Play Billing. Any digital items purchased within the App are non-transferable, possess no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or legal tender.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

Free versions of MosTech FunIQ may incorporate advertisements served by authorized ad networks (such as Google AdMob). Interactions with third-party advertisers or sponsors found on or through the App are solely between you and the third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MosTech Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including temporary downtime, loss of saved local progress, or device incompatibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
